1/3 c extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 medium clove garlic, roughly chopped
1 tbsp Dirty olive brine
1/4 tsp flaky salt
Combine all dressing ingredients into a deep bowl or jug.
Using a stick blender, whizz all ingredients until well blended.
Taste, add seasoning if needed.
