Ingredients
45ml Vodka or Gin
15ml Dry Vermouth
15ml Dirty olive brine
Sicilian olives to garnish
Glassware: Vintage martini
Method
Fill a martini glass with ice and leave it to chill while you prepare the cocktail.
Add ingredients excluding brine to a shaker filled with ice.
Shake until frost appears on the outside. Add Dirty olive brine. Shake for another 45 seconds and strain into the chilled glass (ice removed).
Garnish with Sicilian olives – as many as you like.
